The food was not fresh, the salad bar was a mess and the salad mix was brown and wilted, and the restaurant was dirty. We grew up going to CiCi's and I wanted my daughter to experience it. We were highly disappointed.

Yes I completely agree with most guest here regarding food quality Pizza: 4.5 (if they dint had that sweetish taste id give 5/5 ) Pasta: 1/5 ( pasta was great but dressings lacked taste) Salad: 2/5 (most veggies are not so fresh and dressings needed some flavor, soup is again confusing ) desserts: 2/5 (dried up apple bars, sad cinnamon rolls and decent brownie) Two ladies at the counter n kitchen were quick and amazing, they helped me with looking up any allergens , accommodated my parents from foreign very nicely I request the ownership to consider a revamp of the restaurant layout and give a great raise to the staff

Very crowded, rude customers shoving and grabbing all the food. Children running wild grabbing the pizza by hand. Bathroom needed cleaned, plates were dirty, pizza slow to refill. I suggest calling ahead and going during their calm hours

It was all you can eat pizza, pasta, and salad. Some pizza was fresh and some pizza wasn't (not unreasonable in my opinion since it's a pizza bar and you can't force people to take what they don't like.) The pasta wasn't terrible, but some type of cheese like parmesan or Mozzarella to put on it would be an improvement to the standard sauce flavor (that's my personal opinion of course.) I didn't have anything from the salad bar so I can't comment on that. Overall I think it's decent for the price provided you can eat your money's worth.
