I had a very positive experience once I came here in person for the apostille services. I drove all the way from Sacramento Secretary as they just decided to shut down walk in services. Attitude and service here are not even comparable to the Californian way of doing things.

I choose option 5 because I didn't find an option for apostille.... after waiting 30 minutes I asked the operator how to get an apostille and she asked me about my business number... when I told her I don't have one because I'm looking for an apostille, she just hang on me ... so unprofessional... I'm wondering how she can still have this job...maybe I was calling a wrong department, but this is not the way how to help us.

It’s rare to find a government firm that is easy to get ahold of. These guys here in Nevada really make it quite easy to get in touch with, and also give great advice to point me in the right direction. The Silver Flume portal is also a great way to make doing business with the state a lot easier.
