Hands-down one of the best libraries in the area. It’s right next to a scenic walking trail so it’s easy to bike to. In addition the Wi-Fi is super fast and it doesn’t seem to be that crowded.

Lovely areas to sit and read while viewing nature through the windows. Great staff and always helpful with any questions.

The library is closed to the public currently, but if you call the branch, they will help you locate the book & offer curbside pick up.
Curbside pick-up and reference services are available 10:00am-5:00pm. The computer lab is open 10:00am-4:30pm. Walk-ins are welcome. WiFi is accessible from the parking lot 8:00am-10:00pm.
Hi Mary. Knitting book club is a chance to get together with other knitters or learn how to knit. Bring your knitting project. Each meeting the group will discuss a short story. The story on January 10th is "Hot Air Balloons" by Edwidge Danticat. You can get a copy at the Library. Just ask at the Help Desk.
We allow for 5 renewals on most audio books, so unless you are moving permanently to another state, you may be able to keep them until you return. You could, however, mail them back to us. You would have to go to the post office and pay to mail them like any other package, and you would still be responsible for the items as long as they are checked-out to your account. So if the mail is late, or damages, or loses the items, you would still be financially responsible. You would not be able to get the items back to us by bringing them to another library out of state. We hope you enjoy your trip.
Thank you, Janl. You are correct. Sarah, if you could ask Fremont Public Library, we would be happy to inter library loan it for you.
Hi Loren, Garden City Public Library has 11 devices and 12 people on hold, so the wait should not be long. If you have a card from another library, the wait could be longer. Would you like me to add your name to the list?
Carolyn is correct. The mobile voting bus was here on the 15th, but it was only here for 1 day. Here is a link for early voter information: https://adacounty.id.gov/elections/Voter-Information/Early-Voting
We do have a meeting room. You can see a photo of it and reserve it online by following this link. http://notaquietlibrary.org/meeting-room/
We have children's programs nearly every day. Melinda is right, we have a printed newsletter available in the library, and on our website: http://notaquietlibrary.org/cal-test/. Are you looking for a specific age range or day?
