Max has some of the best customer service skills I’ve ever experienced at a retail store. Knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. He knows his stuff for sure! Tony the manager was very inviting and letting me know about a few programs like the Carhartt at work. Over all great experience and great team at this location.

Excellent service and assistance. I came in today to replace my Carhartt that I have worn for years, that is finally showing some wear. I was immediately greeted by someone who within seconds found the exact coat that I was already wearing, and told me about the differences between this, and a couple of other coats and lining options. There was a very slight slowdown at the register, and the two employees I spoke with were almost overly apologetic for something so minor. I will definitely be back, after however many years it takes to wear through this one.

First time here, selection was a little limited on some items but that's the time we live in. Really struck by the staff, so helpful and truly seemed happy to be of assistance. A very nice experience!

Very positive experience. Middle aged moms tend to get ignored or addressed with less enthusiasm at a popular/hip store. I wasn’t looking forward to the prospect of popping in 2-days before Christmas but I was in the neighborhood and I wanted to save on-line postage for a gift purchase. The 3 young men I encountered were polite, professional and helpful. The store was out of a popular item and I inquired about ordering in-store, thus eliminating postage. The sales associate grabbed his tablet and immediately pulled up the item, which unfortunately was out of stock on-line as well. No expectations…it was 2-days before Christmas. I checked out with the other items I had selected and the cashier Max, was quite exuberant in the very best way. I was having a REALLY bad day and he, along with his fellow associates helped make my day not near as dismal. And for that, I am grateful. Thank you! I

Find a seamstress or a dry cleaning company that does alterations and they can probably fix it for you
I don't think so. But if you see them on the Carhartt website you can avoid shipping cost if order at their store.
Yes it does has a decent selection. Last time i was in there it was on back wall of store near the boots
