The elevator situation is infuriating. Plan for 15 minutes of waiting for an elevator to take you down or up. The breakfast never stayed stocked waited 25 minutes for them to fill empty stuff never happened so my kids and i didnt even get to eat the "complimentary breakfast". ... The room was pretty dirty, the pull out couch was broken (I booked specifically for a room with one and one with complimentary breakfast) the staff answered 75% of my questions with "I don't know the person who comes in next might know" Maybe you guys should call Kone to fix the elevators instead of calling cheap places so your guests don't feel trapped in elevators.

The lobby is nice but that was about it. We usually book at Hiltons because they usually are nice but something is off with this location. We went into 2 rooms, both had a loud noise in them and one room looked like someone had taken a nap on one of the beds. The halls were dirty and we ended up canceling and going to another hotel. I do not recommend this location.

Let me preface that the staff that I met at the hotel were very nice, but lacked resources. Upon arrival there was 1 receptionist who did her best to provide sufficient customer service. How ever the cleanliness of the hotel is not up to par. The was HAIR in the drain and walls of the shower. After reporting there were no accommodations or visits from housekeeping. I thought this would be similar to the Homewood suites in Atlanta, but it was nothing like it.

Great location convenient to downtown attractions, nice ambiance from the original interior appointments, friendly helpful staff. The modern refurbishment of the rooms and common spaces is due for a freshening up, but nothing drastically wrong. This is a POPULAR busy facility, and the valet parking can get really backed up, but the valets are efficient and respectful.
