Restaurant opens at 1pm on Sundays. Arrived at 1pm and doors were closed. When they finally open the doors, they were not ready to receive guest. Took over 15 minutes to place our order only to find out Birria was not ready. There was no apology from the server and only suggested other dishes. Food was average. Would not recommend.

Very poor portion of chilaquiles and meat very hard extra hard and poor quality that you can not eat also the waitress told me that she charged me 20% tip but it was more than that and very bad attitude I do not recommend it do not go it is not worth it It's worth paying $45.00 dls for a very poor dish and poor quality⁹

We love Sol. The quality of the food is exceptional and the service is always first rate! The chef has great background in Oxacan moles & food and the service is welcoming and professional. My wife and I think is one of the really fine Mexican cuisine restaurants in Chicago.

I bought some mole and green enchiladas, the rice was hard, simple and cold, the chicken in the enchiladas has a bone and cannot be eaten comfortably and the prices are more expensive than usual
