I was looking for a hose for a portable spa. I walked in and waited a minute or two till the person working came out from a back room to help me. I brought part of the spa with me so he could see what I needed he brought me out back to match the hose to the spa found what I needed and cut me the length I wanted. He was very helpful and friendly, the price was quite reasonable and I had an over all great experience.

When We moved to Dover 5 years ago we purchased a home with a pool. Every year we hire White Mountain Pool and Spa to open and close our pool. I have found their service to be great. Last year we had a an old motor that died and this year it was the heater. On both occasions they got my pool up and running very quickly. Thank you Ben and Shane for you prompt service! I would also like to thank the folks who work in the store. They are always helpful and very knowledgeable. I have compared their prices with online retailers and they are just as good, if not better. I always feel better going into a store and getting exactly what I need, at a fair price and supporting a local business.
