My husband ordered food to go & when he got back home I saw that they gave him a wrong order of food. Called & the owner was extremely dismissive & rude, had absolutely horrible customer service & basically flat out said: “I don’t know why you got the wrong food! All angry toned. Um sir, I don’t either but am I not supposed to say anything? I was polite & he did not offer a refund and was basically helpless. Will not go back there after the way he handled that. He had such poor customer service! He could have refunded the meal had he not wanted to fix their mistake. Rude rude rude.

11/10 recommend. My wife’s family and I have been going to Marino’s for years, and every time we have a 5 star experience. The food and the staff are wonderful. This is our secret Italian spot, and the only thing we’d change is if they could pick up and move next door to us. I even celebrated my birthday here last week, and thanks to the awesome dessert they gifted me I’ll probably celebrate there again next year! Pro tip: everything is good, you can’t go wrong. Especially their chicken dishes and tiramisu
