The Super 8 in Antioch... So we checked in to a very sketchy motel...not from the Nashville area, saw some definite questionable situations. However, as we were staying there, the motel changed into New Ownership. I cannot stress this enough, first day, after our 'check out and check right back in', the new Manager *IMMEDIATELY* began squashing the shady stuff. Literally, we watched this Super 8 come to life. The rooms were clean (we rented 2). We were on the second floor and I trusted the walkway, room floors, and the shower. I know this place probably has some previously rough reviews...but. We saw the changes for the positive, right before our eyes. One of the Staff, Kural, provided us absolutely above and beyond exceptional service. I cannot possibly say enough excellent things about him! He truly treated us like his own family, and it meant the world. I would not hesitate to book another room at this motel. Even stating that it wasn't so great in the beginning...these folks are dedicated and eager to provide safe, clean lodging!

The customer service was great, every one nice. The new owners are awesome. I had stay when it was under the old management. What a difference it is now. Can't wait to see the renovations. I enjoyed my stay. Will be back.

I checked in this hotel at exactly 3PM because I arrived 30 minutes early and was about to be charged $50 extra dollars just to check in at 2:30pm! That wasn’t even the issue. I then checked in, brought all my things inside and decided to take a nap, I woke up around 7:30 and immediately started to itch all over my back, I go to the mirror and there are visible bug bites. About 4-5 of them! I have dealt with bed bugs in the past so I immediately knew what it was! I preceded to search the entire bed, the bed frame, the sheets, because bed bugs are only visible when they bite you! I found one, alive and kicking right on the side of the bed I was laying on! I have photo and video proof! I will never stay here again and suggest everyone else stays clear as well! I’m definitely reporting this! That’s ridiculous! $160 down the drain that I now have to wait to be returned to me due to using a 3rd party service! NEVER AGAIN!!!

nice customer service.. nothing like the hotel behind them .. I recommend you take your money here than wasting it on that other dump. and this hotel is safe and it sucks that they have to get a bad reputation bc of the Knights Inn behind them .. Knight Inn is the only bad hotel over there .. the rest are good places! this is my go to I feel comfortable and don't spend more than I need too... the other hotels are way to expensive, or to raggedy, or their customer service is horrendous! it's Super 8 if you want everything you should get in your room, and you want all appliances to function, and you don't want them bothering you all night for whatever reason! Super 8 gets a Super 10 ☝️👌🥇
