Find a class and just start! If you're in Manhattan, you're welcome to visit any of our classes and see if it's for you. We have beginners classes on Wednesday and Thursday evenings.

May I ask the price for one lesson and if there are package group purchases available---IE--for one month etc?? Also would I have to pay for an introductory lesson!!!?

You can pay class by class $20. There is a discount for the season usually 8-12 weeks. No pay for introductory class; it's a free demo and class for 1st session. All new classes have been canceled until further notice due to corona.

Is the Tai Chi room accessible from the street or an elevator?
