Scanned the QR code to get a place in line. Received a text message on where my car was at in the process. Received another text message to inform me my car was ready for pick up. Painless process outside of having to unexpectedly pay for 2 tires. I did pick the tires I wanted. It was not chosen for me by technician.

Nice people but appointments never really matter here. I am always waiting at least fifteen minutes, if not more, to even be talked to with an appointment. Sometimes there is an additional wait for them to get the car in after being checked in. I'm not sure why they bother with appointments when walk-ins have equal priority in the process. To add context, 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time my vehicle is still sitting in the parking lot. Overbooked.

1. Back in November 2021 when I bought a used car, I noticed that the car drifted to the right. Took it to this DT and they fixed the issue by looking at/adjusting the tire pressure (balancing the tires) 2. Today my fiancée’s car got a flat tire and the tire couldn’t be switched road side cause of a stripped lug nut. Figuring out where to go to get the car towed to, I called this DT. Romero gave me a lot of great advice, and was super helpful and transparent with how it needed it to be done
