I needed help getting a document from my phone to be printed, then witnessed, and then scanned as a pdf. Rochell assisted me with everything and I learned some new technology (on my phone). I've used TLC before for basic clerical help, sending out packages. People: this is a great place for all of your advanced clerical/administrative functions. The help was appreciated, and the cost very fair! I'll be back.

The first time I went was great experience with Juan. But of course a hispanic BEHIND any counter is good why You think owners hire the raza....:) But the second day......I went back to get the same prints done but this time is was the owner And a lady... together for the life of them could not get the transfers to print RIGHT. So after ruining a FEW of My own Transfer paper I took with me, he finally gets the Printer to print but then this time he prints them backwards on the wrong side not the printed side. After almost an hour I finally get My 7 prints done 3 are printed on both side ......And he still charges me $5 it's not about the money it's about Your business....I was embarrased for him How to You Have a business You cannot run YOURSELF. Or Know that You ruined more than $5 of My Transfer paper And My time And You neglect of good customers Service. Many times the lady kept telling Him" You ARE going to owe Him by the time You ARE done." He kept insisting he knew What he was doing. I Will never go there again. I Will stick with Fed ex . I was trying to give local businesses My business but If they cannot deliver Quality And product on a timely basis I cannot have that for My business. They need extra training on printing And How yo load paper In the Printer.....there is tutorials on YOUTUBE
