Food was good, but the service on the other hand, several employees standing outside , one of the yelling on the phone. Then before we could get waited on we had to watch 2 other employees with no type of friendliness pick cookies from the box and eat them before we got to order. All YOUNG kids and NO training at all, work or home.. definitely couldn't tell if they had a manager there or not,,, lead by example

This was my first time eating here and it was cool. All I ate was a salad with no meat, fries and bread. Lol. Everyone else ate the chicken salads and chicken sandwiches. The food was good, but I wouldn't eat here again because they don't have many options in my opinion. But the staff was kind, the place was clean, the men's bathroom I was told had a flood and it should have been closed appose to allowing people to keep using it.

Fried chicken. Who doesn’t love fried chicken? Zaxby’s is a chain chicken joint with varied offerings of chicken products. Sandwiches, fingers, bone in and boneless wings. Good sauce choices and plentiful portions make the waistline expand. Spotty though - in the same container you have super fresh tasting pieces with some that feel like two day old, dried out chunks of chewy “chicken”. Sometimes you get the order the way you ordered and sometimes not. Always nice though. Here’s the breakdown: Friendly service +1 star; great variety of flavors +1 star; big portions +1 star; usually fresh and hot +1 star. I go back often.
