Horrible perfume smell in the lobby yesterday checking in & still there in the morning. Was told it’s the floor cleaner, Luckily not in our room. Returning from dinner noticed a sign to “park at our risk” Looked up reviews & read that cars are being broken in to. Worried about our car all night. Do love their beds The breakfast wasn’t much-not the fresh fruit medley we have come to appreciate. Over priced for the value.

I frequent Hampton Inns for both work and personal travel. This is by far the worst. Housekeeping made noise up and down our hallway all night. Check out is at 11am, but we got a knock on our door at 8:30am asking about dirty towels. At 10pm the night before i requested a wake-up call at 8am. Our wake-up call came in at 12:35am at which point I called the front desk to request another one for the correct time. That never came. When I called the front desk to let them know all I got was "Sorry about that." Thankfully I set my personal alarm just in case. We like to stay at Hampton Inns because we know what to expect, but almost every encounter with the staff at this location was less than desirable.

Close to interstate so easy access. Room was clean and comfy. Neutrogena hair and body wash products very nice. Parking spots are a bit tight but safe. Check in staff at night must have been tired as she was less than welcoming bit not rude. All in all a good experience.

Positive: The beds are ALWAYS perfect... Always. I picked this hotel due to the proximity to my doctor's office (walking distance). They had a beautiful assortment of food late at night and Gatorade! I arrived late so this was a huge plus. Negative: No dislikes. They didn't have as great a breakfast... Perhaps they'd prepared the food quite a bit early. The food was hard (waffles, biscuits). Otherwise I loved the place
