Took vehicle in for a smog test and instead of telling me to walk over to AutoZone and buy a gas cap so I wouldn't fail immediately, they decided to automatically fail me, and charge me and write up an invoice of $4000 of things to be done so I would pass next time. So I bought a $13 gas cap and took it to an honest shop where it passed without issue. Lived here 30 years and this is not the type of service I expected. Stay away, there are better places.

Good Afternoon Raymond, Unfortunately we no longer have the equipment to smog anything below the year 2000. Smogs are by appointment and we are closed on Saturdays. Tahoe Diesel is the last shop in the South Lake area to offer smogs for 1999 year model and below. Sorry we couldn't help you with the smog but let us know if we can help you with anything in the future.
