My bowl of chicken noodle soup didnt have any chicken or noodles. Way way way too expensive for a bowl broth. Absolutely no excuse for this!!!!!!

Nice location, spacious. Kiosk was missing milk. All kind. Hot water wasn’t hot so I could not make a tea or any hot drink that I have subscribed.

The menu has changed. One of the few things I ordered was the broccoli cheddar soup. It's no longer offered. I was in the parking lot about to place an order for pick up but it said the order for one sandwich would take 40 minutes. I went in to order it and got it in about 10 minutes. Panera is moving It's way down on my list.

I was ordering my food: Flatbread cheese pizza, 1 cup onion soup, 1 cup squash soup, 1 bowl Mac and cheese and 1 drink. The guy taking my order ask me 3 times to choose if I wanted bread, chips or an apple...I chose 2 chips and 1 apple. Paid 28.52 and got 1 Flatbread, 1cup onion soup, 1 med drink, 1 BOWL of squash soup, 1 cup of squash soup and 1 chip. I had to ask the girl at the back counter about my Mac and cheese, it wasn't on the receipt so I had to go back and order it AGAIN. Got back to the hotel with no apple, only 1 bag of chips and an extra bowl of squash soup. Food was edible but not very flavorful! Pantera bread in Lebanon, TN. has really gone downhill!!
