Drive thru was closed despite it having no signs that it was. The service sucked, waited 20 minutes for my order. Got home just to realize they forgot at least a quarter of my order and I ordered coleslaw as my side and I got fries for my side instead. Yah it sucked. Worst fast food experience I had, and I eat out alot so that's saying something.

How does KFC Corporate not know how bad this place is. I recently moved here from out of town and have been here twice and twice got the same bad service and had to pull around and wait for my food. When I went into reviews I saw that is the biggest problem with this place was having to wait and the food not tasting fresh.

There drive threw intercom was down they did not even put a sign out to let people know that this was down I was stuck in between cars in front and cars and back and I couldn't get out which I was late coming back from my lunch for work basically it was the worst customer service. they had five employees behind the counter doing absolutely nothing but no one could go hang a sign out that says it's not working? So once I walked in to try to get my meal inside I stood there for 10 minutes before anybody even came to the counter ridiculous

I ordered their 5 pc spicy crispy tenders and I kid you not, I only got 2. The rest looked like overdone popcorn chicken. The biscuit looked like it was bitten, fries were cold, they forgot my drink and my sauce. I tried calling them to have a refund cuz I didn’t think it was fair to pay almost $15 for that, and they didn't answer. I called 15 times and no answer. We also had to wait for our food for 20 minutes and it was the worst kfc I ever had. I'm never coming back here again. After we were asked to wait, 4 other cars parked to wait after us. The place needs major change. I would give it 0 stars if I can.
