They waited ten months to send the bill. They also charged $600 for 24 hrs of an air scrubber that I could have purchased for $300. The work was good. They also tried to talk my wife into having drywall replaced untill I informed them I've been working in the trades for 40 years

I had 6 feet of water in my basement from a storm. I called them 4 times over the course of 4 days. Supposed dispatch said they would have a local service rep contact me ASAP, but never received a response. Do not expect that they will get a hold of you, despite advertising 24 hour service. What a joke!!

Called servpro to clean up bodily functions inside my brother's home where he had passed away, showed up on time as they said they would but only did half job, cleaned up living room but left bathroom not done, I had to clean the bathroom!!
