Using the home protection plan, they charge monthly, then always find something wrong when they come to PM the furnace. Both furnace service trips they said a capacitor was going bad and charged 172.00 to change it out. They had it on the truck took 5 to 8 minutes to complete. I called MacDonald supply and I could have bought it for 10.00! I have a call into the owner but haven't heard back yet! Price Gougers
