Dirty tables. Floor under one of the three indoor tables with an ice cream spill. Asked counter staff to have someone clean. She went inside a door and about five minutes later a young, short man arrives fully gloved, hatted, and masked to spray the tables for 15 seconds. Would not clean up the spill of ice cream on floor under table. The counter staff should have had help as she was handling ice cream orders plus the register all by herself. She was very good.

Does Cold Stone Creamery have any ice cream for lactose intolerant people? My daughter enjoys Lactaid and other lactose-free products, but regular ice cream makes her sick. I'd love to be able to bring her to Cold Stone.
