5pm until 9pm. But they just ended for the summer, so they won't be starting back up for the new class year for a couple months (approximately). On the other hand, there are also specialized classes (other than the general year long apprentice classes) that have their own times, like OSHA, CPR, Conduit Bending, etc. You will need to call the hall and ask for those meeting times directly. Are you a new first year? Correction: I just saw this question was about Local 38. I thought this was about the local I am affiliated with (673). Sorry, hope the info still helps somehow.
