The service was great, but the quality of food reminds me of a truck stop Denny's. Prices of a steak house restaurant with the Shoney's style food prep. Their ribs had more seasoning than meat and left me holding my ribs for the next few days. I mean, all of the food tasted artificial to me, but if you're into that sort of thing... more power to you.

Initially 3 stars: Not worth $15, so disappointed. I doubt this would have been adequate if I were to dine in. Update: Blaine reached out to me quickly to find out what the issue was and make any correction necessary. Excellent customer service goes a long way when errors are made. Thank you! 😊

My server Samuel was amazing he was always there before I could even look up. We received our food in a reasonable time, thanks Samuel for making last minute family dinner a good one.

I hadn't been to O'Charley's in a while and was pleasantly surprised with its new menu. I ordered the balsamic chicken with rice and broccoli sides. The chicken was a flavor bomb with the seasoned balsamic sauce. It was filling and tasty without added fat. Delicious! I'll return for that. Fyi we were there on Wednesday expecting free pie when we heard the waitress tell another table they weren't doing that anymore. We weren't disappointed. It just saved us from eating calories we didn't want anyway.
