If your a female you got it good, these people do not care about a father trying. Just trying put you in jail. Ignore all calls, and soon as your payments is exceeding the limit for failure to pay, you’re going to court or going to jail.

I paid them child support. They allocated those funds to someone incorrectly. They refused to recover those funds and expect me to pay it again.... because they sent it to someone wrongly. I'm being penalized and forced to pay them twice. Yeah, they're great.

They are not very helpful at all. I haven't recieved a child support payment since December and they don't seem to care. I've tried so many times to get my caseworker to do something legally but she just keeps making excuses.

I have never experienced good customer service with the people at this agency. Every single time I have had to call them they cut me off while I'm speaking, talk down to me, and are downright rude. The whole child support system is a joke. I have never, ever, as the mother, felt like they have had my daughter's best interest in mind in the 12 years I've had to deal with this system. Just pure laziness.
