Honestly, the condition of the men's locker room is unacceptable. Allow me to start by saying that I use to be a janitor at highly trafficked gym, so I know how to keep a gym and it's locker room clean. I'm in the gym at 5am. There is absolutely no reason the locker room should look like this when I get there. Towels everywhere. Clogs of hair in the showers. Bottles, razors, bandaids in the showers. Half of which don't have locks on the door or hooks for your belongings. There are little flying bugs all over. They're just dirty. The mirrors are filthy too. And it sounds petty, but walking in to see all the locker doors open, shows that it hasn't been cleaned. The condition of the gym itself isn't great either. Half of the towel dispensers are empty. Trash is piled up. Keep in mind, this is when the gym opens. What's it look like hours later? We all know that a gym is crawling with germs and friends alike. They should be pristine. At the very least, the staff is nice. I'm typically greeted with a smile and always acknowledged as I'm leaving. It's also very nice that you are open so early, so thanks for that. But please spend some time and attention on improving the condition of your establishment.

This place is the worst kept gym I have ever been a part of. Half of the equipment is broken. The trash is overflowing at 6 in the morning (they just opened an hour ago). It looks like the equipment hasn’t been wiped down in months. There isn’t anybody at the front desk in the morning about half the time. They can’t even open on time most days. It is a great example of a mismanaged and uncared for facility.

The technogym triceps machine has been out of service pending repair for months. How long can it possibly take to replace 1 part? ----------- On November 23rd of 2018 I'm adding to my review and deducting a star. The triceps machine was fixed a while back but why it took a few months I don't know. I just finished a workout at 8:57 this evening. Johanna, who was working the front desk, started reminding people of closing time 15 minutes before 9. This is in addition to the recorded messages that play starting at 30 minutes before closing. One time she rudely said "excuse me" while I was using a cardio machine. This was after she had already gone around twice to all the members and given reminders. The first time it was 46 after 8 but she said "10 minutes." It's like she couldn't wait to leave. She turned the lights off to the freeweight area several minutes before closing time. Made me uncomfortable. Yes I still love this gym and will still continue to go but I think prospective and existing members need to be aware of this evening's incidents. Other employees have reminded me of closing time but she is the most aggressive, by far, and I been going there since the day they opened. 2022 update: why is it not open until 11:00 now? The covid BS is long over!
