Bianca L. was so helpful & wonderful! After a super long drive from San Diego up to Monterey in a big Uhaul truck pulling a trailer with my jeep on it, Bianca was there that afternoon I arrived. She understood that I needed to secure a small storage unit that day in order to store some belongings. She was able to secure a unit for me immediately & was so sweet & professional!
