1. Online Reservation with Brunswick Enterprise 2. Brunswick Enterprise Confirmation 3. Emailed Confirmation at Brunswick Enterprise 4. Phone Call to Confirm Reservation at Brunswick Enterprise 10 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PICK-UP TIME. 5. Brunswick Enterprise says, "We ran out of cars and canceled your reservation." Sure, maybe it's a fluke, a glitch in the system...except this is the THIRD time Brunswick Enterprise has done this. And to follow, the company offers no apologies or troubleshooting to get you a car. If you really enjoy false promises mixed with a lack of kindness or compassion, then this is the car rental spot for you! But I suppose you're maybe like the rest of us and desperate for a rental in an area with no other options. So if you're forced to use this company, just don't plan on any sort of reliability or helpfulness. Over the years Enterprise has offered no resolution, so just be prepared for an incredibly frustrating experience.

Employees went above and beyond with any issues that I had. The car I rented seemed to have an issue with the front end and they upgraded AND gave me a few more days for free. Have also rented through insurance and everything went so smooth! Cars were clean and ran smooth aside from the one. Definitely will use them in the future.
Virginia Fields
I rented a car from them (set up by my insurance company). I left them a 100 dollar deposit. When my car was ready on a Tuesday, they did not refund my money. I called them on Friday because I did not get my refund back. They informed me that they are holding my deposit and, called my insurance because they said I dropped the car off on Wendsday. I proceeded to tell them they were wrong. They advised me that the body shop that worked on my car did not sign off on the repair order until Wendsday. I called the autobody shop and they said that was not true. In fact she clearly had proof I picked it up on Tuesday. She said that when the rental was dropped off that IT WAS Enterprise that PICKED IT UP THE NEXT DAY. When they were caught in there lie, they refunded my money. Enterprise is lazy, untruthful, and will try really hard not to give your refunds. They tried to charge me when it was them who DECIDED not to pick up the car until the next day then tried to charge me for it as well as keeping my deposit knowing that the car was ready for pick up on Tuesday. In response to the negative comments instead of a sorry or owning there negligence they say the same thing (Virginia Fields, we would like to look into this further.
