This review is not meant to be a reflection of the entire company nor the entire NOLA office. I will just say that last week, a same day appointment was made for an active in wall termite inspection between 1 and 4pm. The service tech was a NO SHOW/NO CALL. After contacting the office again the next day to inquire about my appointment, I did receive a call from the tech who informed me he was off that day [Friday] but would be working a 1/2 day on Saturday & would come out in the morning. Again No Show/No Call. I do understand its swarm season and business is hectic, but to just leave customers hanging, waiting for service is highly unprofessional. NOTE: Mr. Boustead thank you for offering to come out in this serviceman's place. I declined your offer to give this person the benefit of making it right. He did not.

It was a $250 deposit, and like $65-$70 per month, my advice get your own. They didnt even inspect, they did the complete opposite of what I asked considering I have a dog and an infant. Look elsewhere this place just chases the dollar, could care less about the extermination
