I’ve ordered a few AC/Heat Units from them over the years. They always have the proper power adapters and quick installs. Recently I needed a fridge and they were able to quickly find a replacement and get it to me within DAYS. Unfortunately, the fridge (which was the manufacturers suggested replacement model) was just a little bit taller and didn’t fit. They offered me several solutions and could not have been more helpful. We were able to work it out. I’ll be redoing another kitchen soon and I will be back. This is the go to place for all your appliance needs. Hands down, the best!

Rude customer service! When I called customer support to ask about help getting a repair for my appliances, they pretended to not be able to understand me and hung up. They are inconsistent and quite unpleasant.
