Wild by Nature is a supermarket not a pharmacy. Gout is caused by the build-up of uric acid , a chemical thacrystalst occurs from the breakdown of protein in other words meat. Wild by Nature has a lot of vegetarian and vegan products you could benefit from. I love the supermarket although it can be a bit pricey. You get what you pay for.
