I have had 2 wonderful experiences with this company. I had my wedding ring resized and I have had 2 chains repaired after being broken by children pulling on them. Both times they were very kind, listened to what I wanted, and did exactly that within just a few days. (Btw, they repair things that weren’t purchased from them)
