This is absolutely unacceptable! Why is there a need to close then reopen at 9. Been sitting here 25 mins AFTER the order was put in. Are they understaffed? 9.18.22

Great burgers! But..... Out of the last 3 times I have been here, I ended up leaving and going next door to chick fila twice.... This time I pulled in and pressed the button to order......the screen message said someone would be right with me.....nothing....10 minutes later I finally left.... No one took my order...it was not busy...and they had at least 4 people working there.... 8 minutes after I left there, I was on my way home with chick fila....

Was visiting New Orleans and had a Hotel room for the weekend and visited this Sonic that Friday night when I got into town they told me it would be 17 mins before they would be taking anymore orders sat there about 15 minutes and they hadn't taken my order yet and when I asked and employee a man came over the speaker and said that they were closed so I returned that Saturday sat there after pressing the button about 30 minutes after asking and employee again why haven't anyone taken my order she said that she would check and finally someone came to the speaker to take my order. I talked to someone at the corporate office about the situation but I know that it want do any good
