I have never dealt with a more frustrating company when it comes to utilities. I have been living in my home for 2 months and have not received my bill on time either time. They don’t send the bills out and then charge you a $300+ fee because they didn’t give you the ability to pay it. Being a home owner is stressful enough without being gouged for services.

New to the service. Recieves bill got $44 not sure why after $300 deposit. Entire apartments complex lost power for three hours unexplained why. Would not recommend this company to anyone

Either early in the morning or late at night
I'm not sure call the power company and they could assist you more better.
They usually try their best for same day service so long as you dont finish your paperwork late in the day. If not same day its usually the following day.
What ever bill you owe plus a re connect fee and the disconnect fee
$300 deposit, $40 member fee
