Will not help anyone out with Bill payment living on fixed income and you are a few hours late paying Bill And they shut you off would not take pasted due this week and the rest next week appsaultlly no people skill are compassion.

I am mainly writing this review to hopefully help someone NOT get in the position I found myself in! I received a $500 electric bill due 1/12 i was 2 days late paying my bill last month completely by accident we have zero internet out here and was unaware of the due date and was late. I was hit with $70 in reconnect service charges and $300 in a deposit! If i had known there was not a grace period I would have immediately signed up for auto pay! Be warned sign up for autopay

Very horrible customer service from a clerk named Lindsey I spoke to boss she didn't seem to get the issue under control. Customer service is everything why be in a customer service position and treat people with no dignity and respect something needs to be done about this location

Where at
You don't have to do prepay. Its 340 deposit that includes activation fee to have regular service. Then yes they do offer prepay service that's 90 to start. Then you pay as your balance gets low. Prepay always seemed so expensive to me.
Its not that bad. But winter it cost more to run heat. If you drop below 25.00 to long they shut the power off. There wasn't a reconnection fee you just had to keep balance above 25.00. The prepaid pretty much equals a regular monthly bill.
I get higher rates between 3 and 6pm...so I don't use washer, dryer then. I also keep my AC set to 80
It's called Peek Time,they suggest you too not use Stove, or Dryers or AC between those times and it does save alot on your power bill if you don't use them between those times
