Thoughtful design, premium appliances, cozy, very clean. Relaxing outdoor seating & fountain. The house is in a perfect neighborhood in the Bywater. We enjoyed our stay and would return in a heartbeat! Great bars and restaurants nearby & walkable as well as very close to the French Quarter. Highly recommend!

This property is perfection - beautifully decorated and maintained with careful thought toward guests needs. The beds are exquisitely comfortable and linens/towels are finest quality. The property is walk-able to delicious restaurants, Crescent park, Blue Bike rental racks and fun shops. Restaurants you can walk to include pizza, coffee shops, bakeries, German food, breakfast - we tried them all and every one was outstanding. The house is furnished with everything you will need; careful thought has gone into having utensils, paper goods, kitchen items - you will want for nothing! The orientation guide is very helpful and includes pictures; the restaurant/area attractions guide is detailed, accurate and up to date. The owner is great about communicating and very quick to answer any questions. His customer service is excellent. We highly recommend this property. We can't wait for our next visit to New Orleans and hope this property will be available.

Yes. Within a two to five block radius from our house, you will find excellent coffee shops, bakeries, restaurants and bars: Satsuma Coffee Shop & Cafe, Bywater Bakery, Elizabeth’s Restaurant, The Country Club, The Joint, Frady’s, Pizza Delicious, Bratz Y’all Biergarten, Bywater American Bistro, Markey’s Bar, Bud Rips Bar, etc.
Yes. 15 blocks. A lovely 20 minute walk or a quick 5 minute ride in an Uber. For those who like to walk there are two great routes. The first is along the Mississippi River in Crescent Park. It’s a beautiful stroll through a lovely park with amazing river, skyline & bridge views the entire way. The second route is through the charming Historic Districts of the Bywater and Marigny neighborhoods. There are lots of colorful houses & other amazing architecture to see. And you will also pass a charming restaurant, bar or shop on just about every block. We include maps of our suggested routes in the Orientation Guide and List of Recommendations we share with guests who reserve our Vacation Rental Home.
