Faulkner CDJRF performed an oil change, tire rotation, and safety recall for my Challenger. A multi-point inspection was performed even though I didn't request it which was a bonus. Actual service work was satisfactory and meets expectations. I have a MOPAR service plan that covers the services so I cannot vouch for any prices/fees if you don't have a service plan. Customer staff are nice and waiting area has nice accommodations (complimentary water, food, coffee machine). Since I had a safety recall, I was told my vehicle must be dropped off. Dropped it off around 8AM and picked it up around 5:30 PM. I didn't require a specific time for the car to be ready by so your experience varies. They will probably accommodate you if you need your vehicle ready by a certain time. Notable highlight is that they will order an Uber for you at no cost. The Uber rides include from the dealership to your home and vice versa. However, this may only apply if you are dropping off your vehicle. Overall, my experience at Faulkner CDJRF was positive and did not have to pay anything for this visit.
