Really nice park to visit. It’s even cooler than the rest of Putnam town. And this is my first time visiting the town from Missouri.

Watched the gorgeous fireworks display July 9th!! Best show around! Plenty to do for the whole family with bounce houses & food vendors along with live music!

Been coming here for years to walk, always a great get away when you don't feel like going in the woods. Perfect distance for a basic walk with decent views of the area. Recently I did a Christmas photo shoot for a friend inside the ornament. The pictures came out fantastic, definitely recommend for the season for a cheap photo opportunity with your family. Lights turn on at about 4:30pm ;)

Ok. They do have grills there but I wasn't sure. Haven't seen anyone use them.

There is also a very nice dedicated fenced in dog play area just to the South of Rotary park. Easily reachable from the park with a short walk along the river walkway, or you can park right at the dog park.

What is this?

It's a park. Open space with trees and grass and a walking path and a few picnic tables. There is a bandstand and a few porta-potties, too. It's right on the river (but don't feed the ducks).
