Bad service and never get the right part. Then I want to exchange a item I bought there and guy never gave me a receipt or ask for my number. So I’m SOL. Go To Napa they know what they are doing

They usually have everything you need in stock and if they don't, they get it there pretty fast. Don't go expecting to get tips from an ASE tech though... Usually limited knowledge at the O'Reilly stores.

Awesome and quick service. Had all of my wipers replaced tonight. Tyrone showed me different brands and prices and what he recommended. He installed them quickly and I was on my way. I've always had great service when I come into this store to get what I need.

Yes we do. The weather does not change the price and we often recommend cables. For the record, I can not find any evidence of the gentleman above actually working for the Company.
