Quiet. Clean. The problems here are that there is no on site management; no on site maintenance; power outages and food loss often occurs; and previous management has stunk with incompetence. It is not a tenants fault if the manager looses money orders or cashiers check.If you are paying your rent on time, why would you, as the owner not keep your tenants satisfied? Ownership does not seem to care about whether or these things are actually current because the lack of interest shows on their policies. Why are you charging tenants a fee for paying you? Even through the tenant portal, a fee is charged! Why? What kind of s**t is going on? I also want to say that Amber is the only one that works in the office that is concerned about the tenants because she does her best to find out what we need and to assist us with answering questions the best she could. She should be the manager. She have to know the kind of management and ownership she working with. This could be a nicer place if it could be spruced up a bit because it is outdated with the exterior, laundry area, kitchen, pool, sidewalks, carpet, bathrooms, and management.

The electricity goes down to half power for no reason. I would assume from bad wiring. Maintenance is impossible to contact unless you run around the complex in the middle of the day to find a worker. Report issues with apartment on app they get read and never handled. A/c works as well as a ceiling fan. Had bee's coming through vents in bathroom weeks before they would even acknowledge it. Management is non-existent. Has a pool that is never open. They are clearly more worried about a nice paint job then actual livable area charge over 1300 for 2 bedroom that needs to be abandoned multiple times a month because of heat because power surges that won't even let a ceiling fan run.

They could care less about their property, tenants, green space and security. They recently cut down EVERY SINGLE beautiful tree, bush and plant on the entire premises. No warning to the tenants and no reason. They send memos about rent price increase $500 and everything under the sun but not this . Not just some trees but all surrounding our buildings and courtyards. Gone limb by limb are majestic oak trees that had survived Katrina and Ida and Zeta etc. Some have been there 20 years or more. They threw them in a portable dumpster and let it sit in the parking lot there for all to have to look at. The carelessness and cruelty to the environment is depressing. Top it off with a pile of sand abandoned, sitting on the width of 4 parking spaces and taller than a sedan. It's blowing all over our cars, tracking Sand in our apartments and patios. How lovely and conscientious!

I lived in these apartments for 2 years it always had issues now new people took over they went up on the rent by $500 or more, I'd bathtub has been peeling for months nobody came out one of my bathrooms the bathtub is leaking the guy came out once and I heard him on the phone telling somebody he helped nobody else don't call him cuz he don't feel like doing this. They have a gnat roblem, if you leave your drains uncovered you will have nuts in your house no matter how much bleach you put in a drain you still will have nets and bite marks, there was a man that lived back here for 20 years when the new people took over they told him to get out and they gave him 3 days very disrespectful.

The previous owners didn't except it ..Its under new management so I don't exactly know about them.
I dont think they did a background check but they do run credit check. Pretty straightforward process
