Not cheap anymore but I still like to go sometimes if I like the bands. It really is too bad they don't run the ferry anymore, that was such an epic ride, down on the bow for 25 minutes, under the CCC bridges. They really have to move the Latin village or put up better signage, you can't see it on the other side of the Levy.

If you get to the festival there may be parking close by. If not shuttle buses are available to take you to the festival grounds. Parking at Oakwood Mall, at the school board building (on Manhattan), or by the Algiers ferry and taking a bus to the festival grounds.
