I actually miss the old Safeway, it brings so many great downtown memories back for me. This being said I am really starting to love Holiday Market. Self checkout is convenient in a small store. The staff are always nice and polite. Pharmacy is Sky Lakes which is really convenient. Huge beer fridge. Soup & salad bar. Now no smokes being sold and the produce being a little expensive for what it is but that's neither here nor their just a personal nit pic all in all it's all you got downtown soooo at least it's nice. Absolutely love this place, deli and salad bar top tier. Though the prices can be a little high I feel like you get the quality you pay for so overall an amazing store.

Convenient, with some great items! More expensive than your larger grocery store. But has many brands and specialty items that i usually have to order in. Make sure you sign up for the rewards program! It's really fast! It's just your name and a phone number and it saves a lot of money! I took a bunch of photos of the different isles to give an idea of prices, brands, and products. I was pleasantly surprised to see Hylands kids and adults brand homeopathic medicines in their medications isle! Lots of organic, keto, and allergy friendly options in their isles. Large section for beer and wine if that's your thing! Great little deli window where you can order food! Really yummy salad bar or prepacked salad bar items in the fridge. Not where i would do all my shopping. But will get special treats and quick in-and-out trips. Clean store and friendly staff. Always a pleasant grocery run! (* Updating to say that the owner is so responsive and responded to my review within a few hours! Another reason to love a locally owned business! *)

I came in on Monday, February 21, 2022 to buy a birthday cake, candles and cake decorations for my friend's birthday tomorrow. I also bought cat food, cat treats, ice, creamer and soda. I used a self-checkout stand at 5:45 p.m. While I was scanning my items, the cashier at the register to the right told the employee near her, "To watch her because she looks like she's trying to take something." The employee proceeded to come over to stand about five feet away behind me. Perfect. I ended up needing to ask her a question anyway. I realize staff can't tell who will or won't steal. However, if for whatever reason, staff believes a potential theft may happen, a subtle approach would be appropriate. I went into the store in a very happy mood because I was excited to get the cake for my friend's birthday. Upon leaving, I was very upset and my good mood was gone due to that negative experience. I don't shop at Holiday because I like the store. They don't sell some of the products I use regularly. I live nearby, don't drive because of a medical condition and therefore, it's convenient to get there and home. I definitely don't like the store at all now. In the future, I'll be sure to get a ride to a different store, any store, so as not to be so blatantly subjected to that again. If employees are going to treat a customer that way, maybe they should be trained to be inconspicuous so the customers who are honest aren't insulted.

Yes, the salad bar is open from 10:30am to 6pm.
Bill, all employees are required to wear a facial covering inside the store unless they have a medical excuse. In addition, we will continue to have signs posted at the entry and messages on our PA system to ask all of our customers to maintain social distancing and wear facial coverings while in our store. We trust that those members of our community who are able to wear a facial covering will do so. For those customers that forget their mask just ask and we can provide one for you.
I believe so
Klamath Ice on spring street use too. Or there use to be a bend company that had a truck that delivers in klamath during certain days. Its been years though since my days of needing dry Ice. I hope this gives you an idea
People, All employees are required to wear a facial covering inside the store. In addition, we will continue to have signs posted at the entry and messages on our PA system to ask all of our customers to maintain social distancing and wear facial coverings while in our store. For those customers that forget their mask, we can provide one to them. For those customers that are high risk, we suggest that you protect yourself by wearing an N95 mask (we can provide one, if needed) and shop before 9am or after 8pm when our stores typically have very few customers.
No they dont
