So we finally got in after more than 2 hours in line... it was fun but really badly organized. I would have thought that securing tickets for 8 pm would have got us in around that time, not after 10 pm. Too bad because the rest (decor and props) was cool, and some of it a little scary. Some of the "actors" didn't seem to know what to do, they were just standing there really. A lot of screaming was going on and we were so many people in there that we could see and hear what was about to happen before our turn, kind of ruining the surprises. I really like the nuns at the end, I thought they were the scariest part. In my opinion it is overpriced, it says $27 + taxes and we end up paying $64.95 for 2. You should find some solutions for the waiting in line part, mostly because everyone is complaining about it for a while now and it doesn't seem to change. Maybe don't overbook would be a good start (and the most important one)! Have a bar and food service for the line could also be a way for you to make (more) money and for the people who wait to make it more "comfortable". Contact me if you need more ideas, I have a few 😉

Ticket prices depend on the day. The closer to Halloween it gets, the more expensive the tickets are. Usually about 45 and up

Actually the prices online are not accurate, general admission was $31.50 we went on the 2nd night it opened no lines we didn't wait long at all!
It covers admission into the haunted house, unless you wanna go into the escape room which is like 5 extra bucks..

$30 and $55 VIP. The closer it gets to Halloween the heavier the crowd will get. Expect no less than an Hour and then some. But you can buy drinks while you wait.

It's very loud, the lighting constantly changes, the ground and floors vary, it's very intense. It's meant to be disorienting, manic and disturbing. There is a sign out front by the tickets that asks you to not to go in if you are pregnant, have epilepsy or a heart condition. However you can go and wait for your friends out front. There's music, usually a live band, a stage show with pyrotechnics, food and drink, creepy characters and other entertainment. You don't have to pay just to hang out front.
Usually 10 to 12. If you ask when you get there I am sure accommodations can be made.
You have to know someone who has worked there two or more years. Anyone under a certain age ?needs a parent or other responsible adult in the scene with them. For the first two years new cast has to be in the same room with the sponsor.
