I recently bought a used Toyota Tacoma from Thompsons Toyota, I worked with Bill McCarty. As I am a very particular person, I really research before I buy. Thompsons was the only dealer who had offered a quality used vehicle in great mechanical shape at an excellent price. Bill answered all my questions on the phone and even sent me a few custom videos of the vehicle as I live far away which really helped put my mind at ease to make the drive up to Placerville. Everything was as Bill said it was and I ended up taking the truck home the same day. Excellent customer experience from a very knowledgeable staff and a great vehicle at a great price.
