They have the worst cab drivers and dispatcher ever. Extremely unprofessional how the dispatcher communicates when I called to inform him that his driver tried to charge me an unfair price and demanded payment before taking me to the requested destination. He harassed me and tried to prevent me from getting another cab by telling them “she don’t pay”. When reporting this to the dispatcher about his worker he became defensive and called me a lair. What was there to lie about his driver was trying to harass and intimidate me and take advantage of the situation by lying. Don’t use this car service is you like professionalism and accountability because this company doesn’t offer that at all!!!!

I ordered a cab last night and I was held hostage on a high speed chase by police. The driver didn’t want to let me out.I’m still in disbelief this happened. I won’t ever call a cab service ever !!!

It is not against TLC rules rather it is required that you let them sit in the front. If less than 4, if they request to sit in front, you still must let them in a case of leg room or disability especially, unless you feel as if it is unusual for some particular reason (not exactly sure). If it is more than 4, you are allowed to let them know that you cannot continue with the ride considering 4 people for vehicle is maximum
