This goes for all snfs not all people are computer savvy. Trying to apply for an application for a 93 year old online would be unreasonable for her if she did not have family. Even with family not all of us are computer savvy so I am having difficulty applying to you're facility for her.

Samantha in admissions was helpful with questions I had about my mother. She emailed an application right away and notified me when she received back. When I asked if I needed to set up an appointment to visit the facility, she said I could come by anytime. Very reassuring Thank you Donna
