Wilton's letter carriers and desk clerks are friendly and helpful and reliable. I don't know why people post negative reviews about one-time experiences, but here I am to say that I've been here dozens of times and I always leave with a smile.

Shipped a gift on 12/3/18 by USPS priority mail and they said will get delivered by 12/6/18, but it's still not delivered on 12/10/18. Since i lost the receipt and i went to the office asking for help to find the tracking information, they said they are too busy and cannot help until 12/21/18! WTH is this?
