What a miserable experience. I purchased a shirt for my best friend but discovered when I got it home that there was a large hole in the front of it. When I went back for an EXCHANGE not a return… just a straight across exchange… I was told that because the cashier didn’t use the proper barcode they wouldn’t do it. When I expressed my frustration I was told I was no longer welcome in the store. In my estimation this amounts to thievery. I now have a worthless shirt that I paid $25 for and my attempt to do something nice for a friend has been ruined. I will NEVER shop at H &M again. I spent nearly $100 asked to exchange one item and was treated like garbage. I have been in customer service for years and have never been treated so poorly. I guess when you shop at a cheap store you get what you pay for in customer service. The manager was rude and completely unprofessional. Thanks H & M you have lay a customer for life.

I went in to H&M on 06/25 to get something for my friends wedding 06/25, the fitting rooms were closed but they said I can return them within 30 days. They never said anything about tags. I tried them on and none of the pieces fit me. I came in the next day with the receipt 06/26 to return them. The woman instantly told me “for future reference, I’m going to need you to return in kids since we can’t take many returns here.” It was at the main entrance checkout, how the hell would I know? I never shop there. Then she asked I have the exact card that I bought them with, I provided it. She then asked her co worker if she can return items without tags, all of the tags were in the bag but they refused to return a skirt because the tag wasn’t on. If I would have known I would have bought a tag gun to replace the tag, I used to work in the clothing industry and it’s a 2 second process. She said she couldn’t tell if it had been worn. How could I have worn two outfits yesterday after 12 when I bought them? I ended up wearing a long sleeve dress to my friends wedding in 90 degree weather that I already had because they didn’t fit me and I have photos to prove what I was wearing yesterday. I will never come here or any H& M ever again, and I will be telling everyone I know.

Racist employees. Followed us (indiscreetly) through out the store and had the audacity to have blm on the store front. If you really support black people, do not shop here.

Love it, men and woman's clothes shoes and jewelry and more. Polite staff and very clean. H&M has the softest material in most of their clothes you can really feel the value.
