Can't access my account for some reason and it's a weekend so I have to wait til Monday to talk to a customer service member, definitely switching to a bank that can satisfy my needs

The banking system is slow and it takes longer than any other bank I've used for funds to move in and out of my account. They have a ridiculous check fund hold policy, so even if your check is from a verified source they put holds on it. I've had transactions that stayed pending for well over the 72 hour expiration period even when the merchant cancelled the transaction. They need to update their systems to join the 21st century.

My mother in law did this but it was close to 20 years ago and through a diffrent company she ended up paying more for her car . I believe you should ask them about your situation that way you would know first hand.
Yes the other locations are in Syracuse and around there. They do have a sister branch Summit Federal credit Union in North Buffalo. I use it sometimes
