I purchased a small bottle of high end wine, Sonoma Cutrer. Opened same day. It was spoiled, terrible. Tasted terrible, not right color (dark yellow). I went back next day and talked to mgr. I was unhappy he did not refund but more unhappy that when I suggested he taste and possibly remove the other bottles, he responded “but then I can’t sell them”. I told him he was missing my point. Not good! GO TO EHP in Costco!!
