So I don't normally shop at this particular Marshalls, but I'm in search of a particular product that the other ones do not have. As a result, I visited the store on Union in Cheektowaga. As soon as I walked through the door I remembered why I don't usually go there. Their stock is poor, the checkouts are very slow and the deals are minimal. They also did not have the item I was looking for. Now, I know that that can happen and that's the game with stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx and HomeGoods. You see it, you got to grab it because you never know whether they'll get it again. I accept that. But when you're in a store looking for a particular item and the only thing you can think about is I just want to get out of here, that speaks for the store environment itself.
