The receptionists are nasty. And God forbid you need a sick visit because the nurses think every illness is covid. My poor child had a sinus infection most the summer and we were denied care because they were so afraid of covid. Also when I called to reschedule my child's yearly checkup due to me not being able to miss work and my child not missing school. The receptionist was very nasty with me and did not understand we needed an early morning appointment. She kept pushing for a 11:50 or noon appointment which would not work. Finally I was very stern and said no that's not going work. So she put me on hold and then another receptionist answered finally giving me a morning appointment. I don't know who these new nurses or receptionist are but they are nasty. How can you work in a pediatrician office and have that attitude with a parent or child. To clarify I was very nice and trying to explain my situation. Get new staff or change the attitude.

This clinic has changed numerous of times with physicians. My children had the best doctor in my opinion but she later found a different job elsewhere. Where now I have experienced a couple different doctors , why I don't know I chose a doctor name Danielle I believe and now I see multiple. Care here has been very minimal and rushed to my 6 children. The PAs go off whatever is told rather than actually examining my children. The receptionist is frustrating and the manager doesn't help at all with complaints or issues. She makes excuses for the staff. I will be looking to relocate.

Doctors are great but heaven help you of you need online access to your children's records. The reception lady almost made me cry. Goodbye and good riddance!

Ok so first thing that rubbed me wrong with dr. Mannix is she felt my baby should be took off her seizure medication like she’s the neurologist. Second, I asked her for a printout of my daughter medical history from issues she had from birth and she wanted to be ms. Nosey And asking me questions why instead of giving me what I asked for my daughter. When I told her it was for another appointment i had she took upon herself to say is it CPS ? Like excuse me to jump and judge a situation told me this not place for my baby anymore. Lastly, the printout she gave was completely wrong she didn’t want to give it to me in first place. The printout she gave me stated things for daycare like I never said my baby was going in daycare and her immunization shots which I told her specifically I didn’t need then put a questionnaire bout my daughters issues that she did state properly of what I asked. I didn’t appreciate any of it. and my baby will be switched to another pediatrician.
